Monday at the Gym

Last night after work I headed to the gym.  I knew I was limited on time, but I still wanted to get some weights and a run in.

I started off with the weights and ended up with the following:

I also did 1 set of curls with 10# dumbells and 1 set of shoulder presses.

The last time I did legs I was pretty sore, so I wanted to keep it light to see how I would feel.  It was a little sore on the deadlifts and calves towards the end of the reps.

After these I hit the treadmill for 2 miles. I did not have enough water yesterday so it was hard to run in the gym. But I made it for the two miles and walked a little bit and tried to focus on having an even gait.

It was enough of a workout I felt really good afterward and was glad I made time for the gym!
